Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 c pancake mix to roll fingers in

Directions

  1. Let chicken soak in milk for 1 hour
  2. Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  3. Roll in pancake mix until well coated
  4. Fry in deep fat until done and floats 5 to 7 minutes
