Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 c milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 c pancake mix to roll fingers in
Directions
- Let chicken soak in milk for 1 hour
- Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roll in pancake mix until well coated
- Fry in deep fat until done and floats 5 to 7 minutes
