Chicken Green Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can Las Palmas Green chili enchilada sauce
  • 2 c shredded cooked chicken breasts
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • chopped black olives chopped onions sour cream optional topping

Directions

  1. Mix shredded chicken and 12 cup green enchilada sauce in saucepan
  2. Fry tortillas in vegetable oil until medium fry
  3. Dip tortilla in green enchilada sauce
  4. Scoop chicken sprinkle cheese inside and roll tortilla
  5. Repeat steps for each tortilla
  6. Put enchiladas in tray and spread leftover enchilada sauce on top Sprinkle cheese on top
