Chicken Green Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 28 oz can Las Palmas Green chili enchilada sauce
- 2 c shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
- chopped black olives chopped onions sour cream optional topping
Directions
- Mix shredded chicken and 12 cup green enchilada sauce in saucepan
- Fry tortillas in vegetable oil until medium fry
- Dip tortilla in green enchilada sauce
- Scoop chicken sprinkle cheese inside and roll tortilla
- Repeat steps for each tortilla
- Put enchiladas in tray and spread leftover enchilada sauce on top Sprinkle cheese on top
