Chicken Gumbo

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 1 13 c water or chicken broth
- 1 13 c instant rice
- 1 12 c cut up cooked chicken
Directions
- Mix all in a cake pan
- Top with minced onion onion rings or chow mein noodles
- Bake at 300 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
