Chicken In Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 skinless boneless breast halves
  • 1 can Campbells Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 13 c orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp each honey and Dijon style mustard
  • generous dash of red pepper
  • 4 c hot cooked rice cooked without salt

Directions

  1. In skillet over medium heat in hot oil cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned
  2. Remove pour off fat
  3. In same skillet combine soup orange juice honey mustard and pepper
  4. Heat to boiling
  5. Return chicken to skillet
  6. Cover cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink stirring often Serve with rice
  7. Makes 4 servings
