Chicken In Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 skinless boneless breast halves
- 1 can Campbells Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
- 13 c orange juice
- 1 Tbsp each honey and Dijon style mustard
- generous dash of red pepper
- 4 c hot cooked rice cooked without salt
Directions
- In skillet over medium heat in hot oil cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned
- Remove pour off fat
- In same skillet combine soup orange juice honey mustard and pepper
- Heat to boiling
- Return chicken to skillet
- Cover cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink stirring often Serve with rice
- Makes 4 servings
