Salt and pepper each chicken breast
Use two phyllo sheets per breast
Spread one sheet with melted butter
Spread another sheet with melted butter and lay it on top of first one Coat a chicken breast with sauce and roll it up in the phyllo sheets tucking the dough around chicken
Repeat with each chicken breast
Place each breast tuck down on baking sheet
Dont let them touch
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
