Chicken In WineServes 6

Ingredients
- 3 breasts split
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 small jar pimientos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c Sauterne
- 12 c unblanched slivered almonds
- 1 tsp paprika
Directions
- Place chicken pieces in flat baking dish
- Combine flour and 14 cup sour cream
- Blend until smooth add remaining sour cream salt soup and wine
- Pour over chicken
- Sprinkle with almonds pimientos and paprika
- Bake at 325 about 1 12 hours or until chicken is tender
