Chicken Italiano
Ingredients
- 34 lb thin strips chicken breast
- 34 c reduced calorie Italian dressing
- 16 oz pkg Green Giant American mixtures California style frozen vegetables
- 12 lb hot cooked pasta
- grated Parmesan cheese if desired
Directions
- In a large skillet combine chicken and 13 cup Italian dressing
- Saute until chicken starts to brown
- Add vegetables and remaining dressing
- Cover
- Simmer 7 to 9 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender stirring frequently
- Serve over pasta or mix pasta with vegetables
- Sprinkle with cheese Yields 5 servings
