Chicken Jewel
Ingredients
- Thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can drained sliced mushrooms
- 2 jars chopped marinated artichoke hearts reserve liquid
Directions
- Arrange chicken in a well greased casserole dish
- Top with mushrooms and artichokes evenly
- Pour artichoke marinade over all ingredients
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
- Serve hot
