Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients
- 12 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 boneless chicken breast
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 2 large onions
- 1 lb bacon
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients
- Cut chicken into 12-inch chunks and place in marmalade for approximately 6 to 8 hours
- Wrap each chicken chunk with 12 slice of bacon
- Thread chicken mushrooms and onions on shish-kabob skewers alternating chicken mushrooms and onions
- Cook 30 to 35 minutes baste while cooking with leftover marmalade
