Chicken KievYields 4 Servings

Ingredients
- 4 chicken boned breasts halved and skinless
- 1 c plain yogurt
- 3 tsp chives
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 pinch red pepper
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix together yogurt chives garlic red pepper black pepper and salt in bowl
- Cut a pocket under the breast alongside the bone and fill with mixture
- Fill all 4 breasts with mix and leftover put on top of chicken
- Put in baking dish and bake at 450 for 30 to 35 minutes
- Serve immediately
