Chicken Lindsey

Ingredients

  • 4-6 whole chicken breasts boned and halved
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 12 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 10-34 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 10-34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry
  2. Mix salt pepper celery salt and paprika together and sprinkle over chicken pieces
  3. Next sprinkle lemon juice over chicken pieces and place in a crock pot or slow cooker
  4. Mix the two soups together in a bowl
  5. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese
  6. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours
  7. Serve chicken and sauce over hot rice or noodles
  8. Serves 8-12
