Chicken Lindsey
Ingredients
- 4-6 whole chicken breasts boned and halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 10-34 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 10-34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry
- Mix salt pepper celery salt and paprika together and sprinkle over chicken pieces
- Next sprinkle lemon juice over chicken pieces and place in a crock pot or slow cooker
- Mix the two soups together in a bowl
- Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese
- Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours
- Serve chicken and sauce over hot rice or noodles
- Serves 8-12
