Chicken Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 14 c butter
  • 12 lb halved chicken livers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 c onions thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook onions in butter until tender not brown
  2. Add chicken livers
  3. Season with salt and pepper also paprika
  4. Brown livers Cover cook over low heat for 10 minutes
  5. Add sour cream heat thoroughly
  6. Serve over rice
