Chicken Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 12 lb halved chicken livers
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 c onions thinly sliced
Directions
- Cook onions in butter until tender not brown
- Add chicken livers
- Season with salt and pepper also paprika
- Brown livers Cover cook over low heat for 10 minutes
- Add sour cream heat thoroughly
- Serve over rice
