Ingredients

  • 12 lb chicken livers
  • 12 lb bacon

Directions

  1. Cut chicken livers in 1-inch squares
  2. Cut bacon strips in half
  3. Wrap livers in bacon securing with a toothpick
  4. Place in a shallow pan
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until bacon is crisp Drain fat
  6. Serve hot
  7. Makes 24 bite-size hors doeuvres
