Chicken Livers And Bacon

Ingredients
- 12 lb chicken livers
- 12 lb bacon
Directions
- Cut chicken livers in 1-inch squares
- Cut bacon strips in half
- Wrap livers in bacon securing with a toothpick
- Place in a shallow pan
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until bacon is crisp Drain fat
- Serve hot
- Makes 24 bite-size hors doeuvres
