Chicken Livers With Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 lb chicken livers cut in 12-inch pieces
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms drained
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 12 c water
Directions
- Fry bacon in pressure cooker remove
- Saute liver
- Pour off excess drippings
- Add remaining ingredients
- Close cover securely
- Place regulator on vent pipe
- Cook 5 minutes and cool pressure cooker at once
- Crumble bacon and sprinkle over liver Makes 6 to 8 servings
