Chicken Mandarin Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts skinned
  • lettuce
  • 1 can mandarin orange segments
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • chopped walnuts
  • chow mein noodles
  • Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Bake chicken breasts at 450 for 25 minutes
  2. Cut into chunks put in freezer to cool
  3. On bed of lettuce add orange segments green pepper chilled chicken and walnuts
  4. Top with Italian dressing sprinkle with chow mein noodles
  5. Serves 2 to 3 as a main dish
