Chicken Mandarin Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts skinned
- lettuce
- 1 can mandarin orange segments
- 1 green pepper chopped
- chopped walnuts
- chow mein noodles
- Italian dressing
Directions
- Bake chicken breasts at 450 for 25 minutes
- Cut into chunks put in freezer to cool
- On bed of lettuce add orange segments green pepper chilled chicken and walnuts
- Top with Italian dressing sprinkle with chow mein noodles
- Serves 2 to 3 as a main dish
