Chicken Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pieces chicken or amount needed
- 1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions
- Wash chicken thoroughly
- Dry with paper towel
- Lay chicken pieces in a casserole dish
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper Combine half the onions with the soup and milk
- Pour over chicken Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done Sprinkle remaining onions over top and return to oven for 5 minutes
