Chicken Nest

Ingredients

• 6 bundles nested vermicelli pasta
• 2 cans chunk chicken
• 1 c frozen peas
• 8 oz can whole carrots
• 1 onion thinly sliced
• 1 14 c chicken broth
• 1 tsp tarragon

Directions

1. Arrange pasta in skillet
2. Top with chicken undrained frozen peas carrots and sliced onion
3. Pour on broth
4. Sprinkle with tarragon
5. Bring to boil
6. Reduce heat cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes
