Chicken Olivia
Ingredients
- 3 c cooked chicken cut in large pieces
- 1 c cooked rice
- 2 to 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c crushed corn flakes
- 2 c chopped celery
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced
- 12 c sliced almonds
Directions
- Mix all except oleo corn flakes and almonds in large casserole dish
- In frying pan frizzle corn flakes and almonds in melted oleo for a few minutes
- Spread over casserole
- Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
