Chicken Or Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

• 8 c cornbread crumbs
• 4 slices bread crumbled
• 2 eggs
• 12 c celery chopped fine
• 2 or 3 lb chicken or turkey
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3 tsp sage
• 1 medium onion chopped fine
• enough broth to make a thin mixture

Directions

1. Boil meat in enough water that has been salted to taste to make broth
2. Mix all ingredients together except meat
3. Remove bones from meat
4. Add meat to other ingredients
5. Mix well pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam
6. Bake in 400 oven until done
7. Dont overcook so it wont be too dry
