Chicken Or Turkey Normandy

Ingredients

• 1 box Stove Top dressing mix
• 1 c chicken or turkey broth
• 14 chopped onion
• 1 small jar chopped pimento
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 2 eggs
• 1 cube margarine
• 2 12 c cut up chicken or turkey
• 14 chopped celery
• 1 can diced water chestnuts
• 1 c milk

Directions

1. Make dressing per directions on box except use melted margarine and broth in lieu of water
2. Put half of it in bottom of greased 8 12 x 11-inch pan and pat down well
3. Layer fowl over dressing
