Chicken Or Turkey Strudel

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 c butter or margarine softened
• 2 14 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

1. In large bowl of electric mixer or by hand beat cheese and butter until smooth
2. Gradually add flour mixed with salt and herbs
3. When dough holds together form into a ball wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight
