Chicken Paprika

Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken cut up
- 1 Tbsp oil or butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 large Tbsp paprika
- 12 to 1 c cooking Muscatel dry wine
Directions
- Soak chicken in salt water
- Brown chicken in oil or butter Chop onion and garlic in a little oil
- Place in bottom of Dutch oven
- Place chicken on top
- Add flour paprika and wine
- Simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender
