Chicken Parisian
Ingredients
- 4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts split and deboned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 3 oz can mushrooms
- 1 c half and half
- 12 c cooking sherry
Directions
- Place chicken breasts skin side up in an 11 x 7 12-inch baking dish glass is good
- Combine remaining ingredients include mushroom liquid
- Pour over chicken sprinkle generously with paprika
- Bake in a moderate 350 oven for 1 to 1 14 hours or until tender
- Serve with hot fluffy rice
- Makes 4 to 6 servings usually one full breast per person
