Chicken Parisian

Ingredients

  • 4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts split and deboned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 3 oz can mushrooms
  • 1 c half and half
  • 12 c cooking sherry

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts skin side up in an 11 x 7 12-inch baking dish glass is good
  2. Combine remaining ingredients include mushroom liquid
  3. Pour over chicken sprinkle generously with paprika
  4. Bake in a moderate 350 oven for 1 to 1 14 hours or until tender
  5. Serve with hot fluffy rice
  6. Makes 4 to 6 servings usually one full breast per person
