Chicken Pasta Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 c broccoli flowerets
- 1 c carrot curls
- 14 to 12 c water
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves skinned and cut into strips
- 12 tsp tarragon
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 12 c cooked rotini pasta
- 14 c chopped green onions
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In large skillet heat oil
- Add broccoli and carrots
- Stir over medium heat until tender-crisp
- Add next 5 ingredients cook until chicken is done
- Stir in pasta onions and cheese heat thoroughly
