Chicken Patty
Ingredients
- 3 c chicken breasts
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c cold water
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of thyme
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 c cold water
Directions
- Remove bone skin and any fat from chicken breast Cut chicken in bite size pieces Wash and drain
- Put all ingredients except flour and 14 cup water in pot
- Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes or until tender
- Put flour and 12 cup water in a shaker and shake until lumps are out
- When chicken is cooked add flour mix stirring until it thickens
- Ladle into patty shells
- Serve hot
