Chicken Piccata
Ingredients
- chicken breasts boneless cut in half and sliced thin
- stick of butter
- fresh mushrooms
- flour
- lemon juice
- egg
- chicken bouillon
Directions
- Mix egg with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Season flour with salt pepper and garlic powder
- Dip chicken in egg mixture and seasoned flour
- Fry in butter and place in glass dish
- At end of frying lightly saute fresh mushrooms
- To drippings in pan add 1 cup of chicken bouillon mixed with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Pour over chicken
- Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350
