Chicken Piquant

Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 12 c Ros wine
- 12 c soy sauce
- 12 c cooking oil
- 4 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 12 tsp ground oregano
- 14 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Place chicken in a baking pan
- In a bowl mix wine soy sauce oil water brown sugar oregano and garlic salt
- Pour mixture over chicken
- Bake covered at 375 for one hour or until chicken is fork-tender
- Serve with rice
