Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 large fryer
- 12 c chopped cooked celery
- 12 c chopped cooked onion
- 1 large can English peas and carrots drained
- 3 boiled eggs sliced
- 3 c chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 1 12 c sweet milk
- 1 12 c self-rising flour
Directions
- Cook and debone chicken
- In large bowl dice chicken and add next 7 ingredients
- Mix together and place in one large or 2 medium casserole dishes
- Mix together oleo milk and flour
- Pour over chicken mixture and bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown
