Chicken Prosciutto With Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts skinned boned and halved
- 5 Tbsp margarine
- 14 c onion chopped
- 13 c flour
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 c half and half
- 14 c dry white wine or water
- 3 jars mushrooms sliced and drained
- 1 c Swiss cheese shredded
- 16 oz frozen broccoli cuts
- 6 slices Prosciutto or thin sliced cooked ham
- paprika
Directions
- Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap with meat mallet or rolling pin
- Over medium heat melt 2 tablespoons margarine
- Cook chicken until browned 5 minutes
