Preheat oven to 400 In a small saucepan over medium-low heat melt butter in water Add flour and salt stirring until mixture forms a ball Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly Add eggs and beat vigorously until smooth Stir in cheese Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown Remove puffs from oven cool and split Combine remaining ingredients adding more mayonnaise if needed to moisten Fill each puff with a heaping teaspoonful of chicken mixture Yield approximately 2 dozen puffs
