Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 1 c dry uncooked rice
- 12 c wine or cooking sherry optional
- 1 c chopped celery or broccoli
- 1 small onion chopped
Directions
- In an oval chicken roaster pan stir together all ingredients except chicken adding 4 cans water
- Press chicken down into rice mixture
- Cover with lid cook at 350 for 1 hour
- Serve hot Serves 4 people
