Chicken Rice Soup

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut apart
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 c rice cooked
- 2 qt water
- 34 c celery chopped
- dash of pepper
Directions
- In a large kettle combine chicken water onion celery salt and pepper
- Cook until chicken is tender about 1 12 hours Remove chicken from broth and pick meat from bone
- Return to broth with rice
- Heat thoroughly
