Chicken Rotel
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts cooked and boned save stock
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg spaghetti noodles 1 lb
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can LeSueur peas No 2 can
Directions
- Cook spaghetti in 2-quart stock
- If you do not have that much stock add a little water
- Drain
- Add cubed cheese
- Add mushrooms onions cooked in butter bell pepper and chicken Ro-Tel and Worcestershire
- Fold in peas last
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake in 300 oven for 30 minutes
- Serves approximately 8
