Chicken Rotel

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken cooked and boned
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can green peas drained
  • 12 oz pkg vermicelli noodles
  • 1 lb Velveeta melted
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in water
  2. Remove and cut up
  3. Add noodles to chicken broth
  4. Cook just until tender
  5. Add melted Velveeta Ro-Tel sauce and peas
  6. Bake at 350 until juice is absorbed in an 11 x 13-inch dish
