Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c chopped cooked chicken
- 1 12 c diced celery
- 3 hard-cooked eggs chopped
- 12 c sweet pickle relish
- 12 c chicken broth
- mayonnaise
Directions
- Cook chicken in water salted to taste until tender
- Cool remove from bone and chop fine
- Combine chicken celery eggs pickle relish and broth
- Moisten with mayonnaise
- Chill
- Can be served on lettuce
- Makes good sandwiches
