Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1 4 to 5 lb hen
- 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon or 4 cubes
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 medium stalks celery
- 13 c dill salad pickles
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 12 to 34 c mayonnaise
- salt to taste
Directions
- Boil hen
- with bouillon until very tender
- Remove from bones and
- chop into small chunks mashing some rather smooth Set aside
- Chop eggs and celery into small chunks
- Mix eggs celery pickles
- sugar
- and
- salt
- Mix
- into
- chicken
- Add mayonnaise All
- ingredients can be adjusted to your personal taste
