Chicken Salad Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts and 3 thighs
- 2 c celery chopped fine
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 large can Chinese noodles
- 1 Tbsp onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 hard-cooked eggs chopped
Directions
- Saute onion and celery in butter
- Mix all ingredients
- Cover with 2 cups potato chips or 12 package sliced almonds
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
