Chicken Salad Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
- 32 Ronzoni jumbo shells
- 12 c plain yogurt
- 13 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 2 c cooked chicken in strips
- 1 12 c red pepper chopped
- 1 c celery chopped
- 12 c sliced scallions
- 12 c sunflower seed unsalted
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed drain
- Combine curry yogurt mayonnaise lemon juice mustard and garlic
- Add chicken red pepper celery scallions and sunflower seed
- Toss lightly Spoon 1 12 tablespoons into each shell
- Chill
- Serve on lettuce
