Chicken Salad With A Twist

Ingredients

• 6 oz pkg corkscrew macaroni
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 34 c ripe olive wedges
• 1 c diced celery
• 3 c cooked chicken
• 12 c Italian dressing
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 c diced cucumbers
• 1 tsp pepper and salt
• lettuce

Directions

1. Cook macaroni following package directions
2. Mix cooked chicken and Italian dressing with hot macaroni
3. Cool
4. Blend mayonnaise lemon juice and mustard
5. Stir in onion cucumbers celery and pepper
6. Add to macaroni mixture
7. Salt to taste
8. Mix well
9. Chill 2 or more hours to blend flavors
10. Serve in lettuce cups
11. Makes 4 to 8 servings
