Chicken Saute With Cranberry Vinegar

Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken cut up
- 5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 shallots chopped
- 1 c cranberry vinegar
- 4 Tbsp cranberry jello
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- In oven proof skillet heat oil and lightly brown all the chicken
- Cover and bake in preheated 425 oven for 25 minutes Place chicken on platter
- Keep warm
- Saute shallots in same pan Deglaze pan with vinegar whisk in cranberry jelly and butter Serve over chicken
