Chicken Scala
Ingredients
- 4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
- flour
- vegetable oil
- 1 can beef consomme
- 12 to 1 c sour cream
- black pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Flour chicken breasts and brown in oil Drain fat from pan and add consomme to chicken simmer 25 to 30 minutes
- Add 12 to 1 cup sour cream to make a creamy sauce Add several shakes of black pepper
- Put chicken and sauce in baking dish Sprinkle with cheese and brown under broiler
