Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 4 slices of lemon
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Skin chicken and split into halves remove fat
- Using a wooden mallet flatten breasts breasts should be 14 inch thick
