Chicken Soppa
Ingredients
- 1 fryer boiled
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can milk
- 12 can chicken broth
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 lb cheese grated
- corn tortillas cut in half
Directions
- Boil the fryer remove meat from bones and save broth
- Blend the soup milk and broth
- Dip tortillas in hot Crisco oil
- Put a layer of tortillas in bottom of casserole dish
- Sprinkle onion grated cheese chopped green chilies and chicken pieces over tortillas
- Pour sauce over and repeat layers until all tortillas are gone
- Bake at 350 until bubbly about 20 to 30 minutes Serves 6 to 8
