Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 12 bell pepper chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 12 c chicken broth bouillon
- 2 12 c 2-inch spaghetti pieces
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 4 c cooked chicken
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook vegetables in chicken broth until tender
- Cook spaghetti drain
- Mix hot spaghetti with 23 chopped cheese
- Add soup vegetables and broth pimento chicken salt and pepper mix well
- Put in 3-quart buttered casserole
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake for 1 hour at 350
