Chicken Spitsade

Ingredients
- chicken
- 1 small jar Spanish olives
- red and green bell peppers cut
- fresh mushrooms sliced
- olive oil
- garlic
- parsley
- paprika
- 12 c white Zinfandel wine
Directions
- Fry chicken which has been skinned coated with salt pepper garlic powder and paprika
- Put fried chicken in large pan with 12 cup of frying oil
- Add olives mushrooms and peppers to chicken
- Add 12 cup wine for flavor
- Cook for at least 45 minutes stirring occasionally
- Serve with rice
