Chicken Spitsade

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 1 small jar Spanish olives
  • red and green bell peppers cut
  • fresh mushrooms sliced
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • paprika
  • 12 c white Zinfandel wine

Directions

  1. Fry chicken which has been skinned coated with salt pepper garlic powder and paprika
  2. Put fried chicken in large pan with 12 cup of frying oil
  3. Add olives mushrooms and peppers to chicken
  4. Add 12 cup wine for flavor
  5. Cook for at least 45 minutes stirring occasionally
  6. Serve with rice
