Chicken Stroganoff Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbells cream of celery or chicken soup
- 12 c sour cream
- 12 to 34 c milk
- 1 c cubed cooked chicken or 7 oz can tuna drained and flaked
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped pimento
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c cooked medium noodles
- 2 Tbsp buttered bread crumbs
Directions
- Blend soup and sour
- cream
- Stir in milk
- Add chicken or tuna parsley pimento
- seasonings and noodles
- Pour into 1 12 quart shallow baking

- Top
- with
- crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Makes 3
- to 4 servings
- All you need to complete the meal is tossed salad rolls and dessert
