Chicken Surprise
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Saltine crackers
Directions
- Boil and debone chicken and cut into pieces
- Crush enough crackers to fill bottom of Pyrex dish
- Layer crackers chicken and sliced water chestnuts and cover with remaining ingredients that you have mixed together to create a sauce Bake at 350 for 12 hour
