Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 head lettuce
- 13 oz Cheddar cheese
- 10 taco shells
- 1 c water
- 2 pkg taco seasoning hot or mild
Directions
- In a large Dutch oven put chicken in water and boil until tender
- Cool
- While cooking chicken cut lettuce and tomatoes up in small cubes and shred cheese
- When chicken is cooled tear from bone and cut up into small pieces
- Oil a large skillet put chicken in with one cup water
- Add taco sauce and seasoning into chicken
- Let simmer for 20 minutes
- Ready to serve
