Chicken Tapae

Ingredients
- 1 3 to 4 lb disjointed chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 lb butter melted
- 1 lb cooking apples peeled cored and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 c Macadamia nuts coarsely chopped
- 23 c apple cider
- 1 c rice cooked
Directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt
- Brown in butter in skillet Remove chicken and butter into large baking dish
- Mix apples with chicken
- Sprinkle with sugar and nuts
- Add cider cover
- Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes
- Serve with mound of steamed rice
