Chicken Tetrazzini
Ingredients
- 1 c celery chopped
- 1 medium green pepper chopped or 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms optional
- 1 12 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 3 c cooked chicken diced
- 1 8 oz pkg spaghetti cooked
- 3 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute celery green pepper and onion in butter until tender and golden brown set aside
- Heat chicken in broth and add mushroom soup mushrooms and sauteed mixture
- Grease a 9 x 14-inch Pyrex dish
- Put half of spaghetti in the bottom of the dish then half of the chicken mixture
- Repeat layers
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
