Chicken TetrazziniLow-Fat
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz pkg linguine or spaghetti
- 13 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 c sliced mushrooms
- 23 c skim milk
Directions
- Cook chicken and cut into 1-inch pieces
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Saute garlic and mushrooms using cooking spray and a little water
- Stir in soup milk cheese and chicken pieces
- Heat through
- Drain pasta and toss into mixture until well blended
- Salt and pepper to taste
