Chicken TetrazziniLow-Fat

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8 oz pkg linguine or spaghetti
  • 13 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 c sliced mushrooms
  • 23 c skim milk

Directions

  1. Cook chicken and cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions
  3. Saute garlic and mushrooms using cooking spray and a little water
  4. Stir in soup milk cheese and chicken pieces
  5. Heat through
  6. Drain pasta and toss into mixture until well blended
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
