Chicken Thighs With Honey-Ginger GlazeYield 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 14 C honey
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 34 lb skinless boneless chicken thighs
Directions
- Combine honey lemon juice soy sauce ginger Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a small bowl stir well
- Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Add chicken thighs cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned
- Add honey mixture cover reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done
